📝DAO Governance

Networq will be a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), which is a decentralized organization that is governed by its users. This means that users of the network will be able to vote on changes and updates to the platform, and the outcome of these votes will be determined by the number of $NTWRQ that each user holds.

The DAO governance structure is built on the blockchain, which allows for transparency and immutability in the voting process. All voting data is recorded on the blockchain and can be publicly audited, ensuring that the outcome of each vote is accurate and fair.

Users will be able to propose changes and updates to the platform, which will be put to a vote. For example, users may propose changes to the platform's terms of service, or suggest new features or updates. Once a proposal has been made, users can vote on it using their $NTWRQ. The proposal will be implemented if it receives a sufficient number of votes in favor.

This form of governance allows for a truly decentralized decision-making process, ensuring that the power to make decisions is not concentrated in the hands of a small group of individuals. It also allows the community to shape and direct the future of the platform, making it more responsive to the needs of its users.

It is important to note that, with a DAO governance there is a risk of Sybil attack, where an individual or group creates multiple identities to manipulate the vote outcome. To mitigate this risk, the platform can use different methods to verify the users such as KYC, multi-sig wallets or token bonding.
